These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the rules for using the ConsentBadge web application (hereinafter “Service”), available at consentbadge.com.
The Service is operated by Dominik Kmoch (hereinafter “Operator”).
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ConsentBadge is a free visual cookie consent banner editor. The Service allows you to:
The Service runs entirely in the user's browser. Configuration is stored in the browser's localStorage and is not sent to the Operator's server.
The Service is provided completely free of charge, without any limitations on functionality, number of generated banners, or duration of use. The Operator reserves the right to change this model in the future; however, banners already generated will remain functional.

Code generated by the Service (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is provided to the user without any licensing restrictions. The user may use the generated code to:
The Operator does not guarantee that the generated code will be compatible with all websites and configurations.
ConsentBadge is a banner creation tool, not legal advice. The generated banner provides technical mechanisms for consent management (granular category selection, Google Consent Mode v2), however:
The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties. The Operator is not liable for:
The source code of the ConsentBadge application, its design, graphic elements, and documentation are the intellectual property of the Operator. This license does not apply to the generated banner code (see section 5).
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. ConsentBadge collects a minimal amount of technical data necessary for the operation of the web application.
The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. By continuing to use the Service after changes to the Terms, you agree to the updated version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
